By bus or train
20 minutes walk from Cardiff Central Bus and Train Station or take the number 27 bus.

By car
Junction 32 of the M4. For satellite navigation purposes use the post code CF10 3NP.
On foot/by bicycle

Disabled facilities
Wheelchair access throughout including lifts. Four wheelchairs available on loan as well as portable stick stools. Widespread use of video and sound in exhibitions (commentary and sound effects).
Parking
A Visitor Car Park, including dedicated spaces for disabled visitors, is situated behind the Museum, off Museum Avenue. Purchase an exit token from the Museum Shop – £4. Parking is free to disabled badge holders. Please take your blue badge to the Museum shop when purchasing your token. On-road disabled parking bays also available at the front of Museum on Gorsedd Gardens Road.
